the Bear SG okay.. i did something silly today i thought i could.. but i guess i'm not that ready yet i stopped the painkillers to see how much i've progressed.. then a while ago, i decided to stretch myself by walking around the park for a bit.. but damn my injured parts hurt oh well.. maybe gotta heal a bit more first
